Notarial act, per signature — $2.00

Mobile trip fee, Fayette & Coweta County — $35

Evenings, weekends & holidays — add $15

Same-day or emergency rush — add $25

Facility & specialty visits (trip fee shown, plus $2.00 per signature)

Nursing home or assisted living — $75

Hospital or hospice — $100

Correctional facility — $125

Extended travel outside Fayette & Coweta — from $50
